Aromatherapy
Aromatherapy is the practice of using natural oils to enhance psychological and physical well-being.
Aromatherapy is the use of essential oils in holistic treatments to improve our physical, emotional and mental well-being. When good quality essential oils are correctly used during a massage, the soothing combination of aromas, massage, and other treatments all work to regulate, balance, heal and maintain the entire body.
Essential oils are extracted from plants and are especially effective in treating stress-related conditions. Oils enter the body thru smell/ inhalation (nose) and absorption through the skin. Applied to the body with gentle massage strokes, the oils are absorbed into the body to aid with balance and health.
